Honey Lung, Husky Loops, Matt Maltese and Apre are the ICMP affiliated artists taking their music to the USA for the 2019 edition of top music festival SXSW.

The event, held in the city of Austin from 11-17 March, is one of the biggest industry showcases in the global music calendar with tastemakers and influences heading to Texas for the week-long musical celebration.

New artists often visit the event to further their music careers on the international stage while seeking to network and source representation.

Husky Loops 

Husky Loops feature our BA Music Business degree student Tommaso Medica on bass.

Honey Lung

Matt Maltese studied on our BA Creative Musicianship degree course.

APRE feature BA Creative Musicianship Drums alumnus Charlie Brown and BA Creative Musicianship Guitar alumnus Jules Konieczny.

APRE play International Day Stage at the Austin Convention Center on 14th March and the British Music Embassy (presented by BBC Radio 1 in association with PPL and PRS for Music) on 16th March.
