ICMP Liverpool Music Summer Schools • Ages 16+
Here at ICMP, we can’t wait to let you know about the brilliant events we have planned over the summer break. In August 2024, we'll be hosting three amazing Music Summer Schools in Liverpool – one focusing on Songwriting, another on Music Production and a third focusing on the art of Mixing and Sound Engineering.
Each course lasts for five days and will be run from the incredible SAE Institute campus in central Liverpool. You'll receive dedicated tuition from our expert tutors and special music industry guests, and will have the opportunity to work in industry-standard facilities.

ICMP Summer Schools cost just £399 to attend, which includes five days of course tuition and a student materials pack. Our Liverpool Summer Schools are open to students aged 16+.
Songwriting
Summer School
The Songwriting Summer School is open to anyone with a passion for songwriting and is a logical choice if you’re an aspiring songwriter who wants to study the craft, develop your songs and learn to perform confidently. The sessions will be delivered by ICMP’s team of expert Songwriting tutors, each day you'll work towards writing new songs, ready for a special performance on the Friday.

Music Production
Summer School
ICMP’s Music Production Summer School provides the opportunity to learn and create with like-minded aspiring producers. You’ll learn how to create music using Ableton Live or Logic Pro (your choice) and how to streamline your creative process. Fuelled by inspirational teaching, and workshops in our fantastic Liverpool facilities.

Mixing and Sound Engineering
Summer School
Immerse yourself in the studio during this dedicated week of recording and mixing. Over five days, learn how to operate industry-standard music production equipment, and develop the skills and recording techniques used by sound engineering professionals.
