Congratulations to ICMP alumnus VC Pines on news of his upcoming performances at the legendary Glastonbury Festival.

VC Pines, known as ICMP alumnus Jack Mercer, was previously frontman of The Carnabys but has since been enjoying success as a solo artist.

He’s released a series of well-received EPs and tracks including 'See You Soon' and 'Taste Your Love'.

Having recently sold out Camden’s MAP Studio Cafe and the Jazz Cafe, Jack is now gearing up to release his debut record ‘MRI’ in September.

Previously commenting on the record, he says how "it encapsulates the shifts and scoops that my brain goes through on a daily basis, and flows through themes of neurology, love, jealousy, addictions, confusions, nurture and most of all nostalgia".

With the likes of Wonderland describing how "VC Pines looks set to soar into mainstream stratospheres before too long", he will be making his debut at the legendary festival with slots on the Greenpeace stage and PRS for Music’s hospitality stage.
