This important process allows us to begin your enrolment, by letting us know about any changes to your contact details and to upload key documents that we require from you.

  1. Log in to the Student Gateway
  2. Let us know if there have been any changes to your details.
  3. Look out for your 'Complete your ICMP online registration now!' email

If you haven't received this, you won't be able to register just yet - we'll be in touch shortly!

Begin Registration 


Your Username can be found on the email we sent you 'Complete your ICMP online registration now!' 

Once at the login page, please select 'Create Password' and then follow the instructions.

Trouble logging in?

If you are experiencing problems logging in please try a different web browser. If the issue continues you should clear your cache. If you have any questions about the online registration,or you are having trouble logging in, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing or visiting the team at ICMP.


How to register online

Below are a few easy steps to confirm your details and complete our Online Registration process:

Step 1

Please look out for an email sent to your personal email address with the subject ‘Register for September’. This contains instructions to confirm your registration for your next academic year.  In order to successfully enroll, you will need to complete the Online Registration process through the Student Gateway.

To complete this, please log in using your current username and password. While doing this, don't forget to update your contact details (e.g. mobile phone number, house address), if needed.

Step 2

Once you are registered, you will receive a Confirmation of Registration email. Please note that there may still be some documents we require from you - if that’s the case our Academic Support team will be in touch. As returning students, you will be asked to attend a session on a specific date (we will let you know closer to the date).


Please note: Completing our Online Registration process does not yet make you liable to pay your fees. Therefore, if your personal circumstances change before the academic year begins, please get in touch with us.
