One of the key steps before your enrolment is to complete our Online Registration process.

Please note: This process applies to those who are brand new to ICMP, students that are progressing from a Cert HE course to an undergraduate degree, and those currently on an undergraduate course and starting a postgraduate course.

Your login details will be sent to you within your offer email.

  1. Log in to the Student Gateway
  2. Upload your key documents.
  3. Look out for your 'Complete your ICMP online registration now!' email.

Trouble logging in?

If you are experiencing problems logging in please try a different web browser. How to register online

Below are a few easy steps to complete our Online Registration process:

Step 1

When you have met any conditions relating to your offer and you have accepted your place, you will receive an email from the Academic Support Team, titled 'Complete your ICMP online registration now!'.

This email will include your log-in details (username and a temporary password) to access your online Student Gateway page.

If you’ve previously been issued a username it will remain the same. If you are unable to log in please contact our friendly Admissions Team on +44 020 7328 0222 or via email at


Step 2

Please ensure you are logged into the Student Gateway. To officially begin your enrolment at ICMP, we require you to upload some key documents to your ICMP Student Gateway account. This will allow us to begin the process of releasing your student email, timetable and student benefits.

Please upload the following required documents:

  • Photo ID (e.g. passport or drivers licence)
  • Your highest qualification, which must be an official document (e.g. your BTEC diploma or degree certificate)
  • A passport-sized photograph of yourself which clearly shows your head and shoulders. This will be used for your ICMP Student ID card

We will still require you to present a hard-copy of your qualifications. Please bring them along during your induction.

Once completed, click on the 'New' button next to your name then select 'Confirm'. 

Congratulations, you are now registered and your place at ICMP is confirmed! There is just one final step...


Step 3

Once you have registered, you will receive a Confirmation of Registration email. Please note that there may still be some documents we require from you - if that’s the case our Academic Support team will be in touch. The next stage is gaining access to your timetable in mid-August. An email will be sent to you closer to the time.

Please note: Completing our Online Registration process does not yet make you liable to pay your fees. Therefore, if your personal circumstances change before the academic year begins, please get in touch with us.
