Spotlight: Summer's On its Way

Each Tuesday, we present a student or graduate music project, making it our #ICMPSpotlight of the week.

This time we've chosen to shine a light on Summer's On Its Way, a project by ICMP Part-Time Course Drum alumn Adrian Fox.

ICMP SPOTLIGHT: 23RD JUNE 2020

SUMMER'S ON ITS WAY, A RELEASE BY ADRIAN FOX

Adrian Fox is a drummer and songwriter who attended some of our part-time evening courses a few years back, between 2015 and 2017. Adrian recently worked on a release called 'Summer's on its way' - a lockdown song as he calls it - together with artist Benny De La Bedoyere. This is the very first release for both of them and a special one.

As a matter of fact, Adrian and Benny worked on this song as a thank you gift to the NHS for their hard work during the current COVID-19 pandemic. With the release, they also aim to collect money for the International Committee of the Red Cross.

When talking about his time at ICMP, Adrian told us how much our Part-time Courses have influenced his musical growth:
