Virgin Emi’s Ben Blackburn works in A&R and was a guest at last year’s BBC Music Introducing’s Amplify event. He was speaking on one of five panels entitled 'The Artist’s Journey', a series of sessions exploring the essential elements needed in the tool kit of an artist.
