Frequently Asked Questions

An event I wanted to go to has sold out, will there be any more tickets released?

We strongly encourage you to bookmark this page and visit regularly if an event is fully booked. You can also get in touch with our Events Team to check if there is additional availability due to cancellations.

What forms of ID will I require?

It's a requirement to have your ICMP Student ID with you at all events and campuses, once you have been issued with one. However, during the first two weeks of term, we know that the process and production of ICMP Student ID Cards can take time which may mean you don't have yours for the start of Freshers' Week.

Alongside this, you'll need to bring photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card).

I have a disability and I’m worried about access, will I be able to take part?

We're keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and to take the necessary steps to meet their requirements - that's why we've ensured that everything we do is accessible to as many of you as possible at our events. Please get in touch with events@icmp.ac.uk to discuss your requirements or if you have any questions.
