Resilience – The ability to respond positively to adversity.

This highly beneficial training is based on the ability of our brain to change and grow - throughout the whole of our life (neuroplasticity).

The training will focus on six key areas:

Vision | Composure | Reasoning | Tenacity | Collaboration | Health

It will provide a broad set of interconnected skills and look at how we can develop our ability to respond to challenging situations in more effective and resourceful ways, improving both our mental health and our general health. Skills which enable us not only to bounce back quicker from challenging situations but to adapt and thrive.

The three sessions will run over three consecutive weeks, enabling the skills and practices to be embedded in between sessions.

The course is made up of three 90 minute Zoom sessions on Tuesday 13th October, Tuesday 20th October and Tuesday 27th October, 10 am till 11.30 am.

The sessions will be led by Kate Craker and Nick Allsopp

As well as a considerable understanding and experience of life in the music industry, the two trainers have knowledge and skills in the areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Adult and Corporate Education, Personal Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Both are passionate about Wellbeing.
