We're very happy to welcome female bass legend Divinity Roxx back at ICMP for an Online Q&A.

Divinity worked as a bass player with artists such as Beyonce, Jay-Z, Will.I.Am or Erykah Badu. She played the Grammys, Saturday Night Live, Ellen, American Music Awards etc. and is also writing her own music combining virtuosic bass playing with an eclectic mash-up of hip-hop, rock and funk that she calls ‘Alternative Soul’. Her debut album 'Impossible' was released in 2016, received an Independent Music Award for 'Best Spoken Word Album' and featured her mentor and bass legend Victor Wooten on one song.

You will hear Divinity in conversation with our bass tutor Dave Troke. He is a well-known session player himself and has worked with artists such as John Newman or Professor Green and went on tour with the Spice Girls last year.
