Are you feeling anxious and would like to chat to someone?

Would you like to share experiences with others who feel similar to you?

Kate Craker will be hosting some group coaching sessions on how we can better understand and manage anxiety.

We will be looking at:

  • What happens in our brain when we get anxious
  • Tools to help control the fight/flight/freeze response
  • How we can build resilience to better handle what life throws at us

This will also be a good opportunity to just chat and share experiences with others in a safe, friendly space.

Numbers will be kept to a maximum of 6 per group and we will add extra groups where possible and required.

There will also be the opportunity for a follow-up 121 sessions.

Wednesday 12th January 12pm-1pm - online

Friday 14th January 2pm-3pm - online
