Join us for an on-site introduction to the NLP sessions that will be offered by ICMP/The Wellbeing Team throughout the year.
The event will include an introduction to coaching, resilience and NLP; how they work, the benefits and how the ongoing NLP support sessions might support you. We have an NLP group as well as 1-1 support sessions available.
Kate will be sharing some experiences of students who have previously benefited from the sessions and will also explore that 'bigger picture/vision' with some NLP, coaching and resilience tools, as well as looking at the idea of feeling more in control of life.
The session will end with a short mindfulness practice.
