ICMP BA Songwriting and Creative Musicianship Tutor Jamie Doe is the latest guest to feature on our 'Sounds Like These' Podcast.

Hosted by Lara Magnelli, a member of ICMP’s Marketing team, each episode of the Interview Series is an informal, insightful, and inspiring conversation with a top music industry professional.

Each guest will discuss their careers, the challenges and opportunities they have faced as well as their unique journey within the music industry and beyond.

Commenting, Lara said:

Our conversation got deep right away. Jamie has got a lot to tell, whether it's through his music or the other many projects he's involved in - often in support of important causes like men's mental health."

Jamie has recently released different EPs as The Magic Lantern where his music has explored masculinity and mental health.

In the interview he discusses this as well as his other musical projects, time at ICMP and involvement in different initiatives such as a program at Hackney's specialist 'Garden School', working with autistic children.

Our first episode featured ICMP Vocals Tutor and alumna Francesca Confortini. Other episodes in the new series of the podcast will be released every other week during the summer.
