Commenting, Cam said:

It's a huge honour to be asked to take on this role at ICMP to help inspire the next generation through my experiences and career."

"ICMP's facilities at their new Queen's Park Campus are incredible and offer the perfect space to help emerging producers learn the tricks of the trade. It's slightly surreal to be asked to support ICMP's students as when I started I never thought I'd be in a position to offer advice and guidance. But it just goes to show how far you can go. I'm excited to get involved with ICMP's students and hear the music they come up with."

Ace, Head of Industry Partnerships and Business Development, said:

"Cam Blackwood is a brilliant and inspirational ambassador for our BA and MA Music Production courses. As a songwriter, collaborator and record producer, he's worked with some of the best names in the business including London Grammar and George Ezra."

Cam will be an invaluable resource for ICMP students looking to get ahead in the worlds of studios and production."
