ICMP is delighted to announce the expansion of its studio and production spaces with the unveiling of its new Studio 110 at the Kilburn site.

This new room is part of our ongoing commitment to provide our students with access to the latest industry-standard equipment to develop their musical skills and knowledge.

It will join our flagship Studios 1 and 2 alongside the state-of-the-art recording facilities we run on our external site in nearby Acton

Sean Copson, ICMP’s Studio Technical Officer, said:

Studio 110 offers fantastic recording and mixing possibilities to all ICMP students. The acoustically treated room compliments the high-quality speakers."

“The combination of analogue hardware and software will help you get the best out of your productions.”

Meet Studio 110

The studio is built around Audient's smaller, yet very capable, 4816 analog console. It's a 16 channel desk with 8 subgroups and complemented by an Avid HDX rig including a Sync HD and one HD IO providing you with 16ins and outs to your DAW of choice.

There is also plenty of room to utilise the space and use outboard analog gear. You'll find a valve channel strip from Drawmer, BSS compressors, Drawmer Gates, Alesis multi-FX processor, Lexicon PCM-70 reverb unit and not to mention the legendary Lexicon 224L reverb unit.
