BMus student Julia Lamb will be helping one of the UK's hottest new music stars Tom Grennan attempt to set a new world record for the most gigs played in 12 hours.

Tom will be taking to the road on 11 July with Julia on bass duties. The band will travel from Manchester to Marlborough to play 10 shows in towns with populations between 5,000 and 15,000.

The shows will be free and tickets available online. Where venues don’t exist, Tom will be travelling with his own stage, sound and lighting.

The 12-hour tour will visit:

Little Lever, Bolton

Market Drayton

Brockworth, Gloucester

Chipping Sodbury, Bristol

Each performance will last 15 minutes and will need a minimum of 10 ticketed guests.

Visit to find out more and good luck to Julia and Tom!

While Julia plays bass with Tom, the musician has also worked with ICMP songwriting tutor Adriano ‘Adj’ Buffone on 'Sober'  taken from his forthcoming record, 'Lighting Matches'
