ICMP music production student Aryanne Maudit has launched a Mix Contest to support women, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, and LGBTQIA+ artists and bands at ICMP and beyond.

Aryanne, a second year ICMP student, has opened a competition to offer free recording, mix or master of their music via her AM Productions business.

Commenting on the motivation for launching the competition, Aryanne said:

2019 has been a great year for music but unfortunately, minorities the competition is for still represent only a small percentage of the music industry."

"My contribution to fill this gap is to offer one free service to a few selected artists/bands."

Any interested bands or artists can email AM Productions with a link to their music and demo including artist name, track details and the service they would like.

AM Production was founded by Aryanne Maudit, sound engineer and multi instrumentalist based in London in 2016. It is an intersection of audio services such as recording, mixing and production aimed to independent artists with a special attention to women, LGBTQIA+ artists and minorities within the music industry.
