ICMP band Forestlights will be performing at Rising, a special fund raiser in aid of charity War Child.

Taking place on Sunday 14th October at the Camden Assembly, the live event is presented by Hot Vox and will see an array of artists performing, chosen by guest curators including ICMP, HOT VOX, Tileyard Education and Talentbanq.

The all-day music event invites music fans to select their own ticket price for the show, with 100 percent of ticket sales going directly to War Child UK, a charity dedicated to helping children affected by conflict.

Since 1993, War Child has been working tirelessly to support children impacted by war with numerous live music events helping raise aid.

Commenting on the performance, ICMP student and Forestlight member George Scott said:

Charity gigs like Warchild at the Camden Assembly are always a pleasure for us. We get to showcase our sound to new audiences, they get to experience a wide range of artists and all the funds get donated to War Child, a brilliant cause which directly helps solve a serious problem which quite a few westerners aren't aware of."
