This week they've chosen to shine it on drummer, producer and composer, YEYO and his track, 'Up'.
ICMP SPOTLIGHT: 13TH NOVEMBER
‘UP - YEYO
Spanish/Colombian MMus alumnus Sergio Rodríguez Vitta is a talented multi-instrumentalist and drummer working under the name of YEYO. 'Up' is his latest great track, released via his DOS project.
With drums recorded at The Bunker WGC, studio of renowned drummer/producer/composer Ralph Salmins, 'Up' is the final piece of musical work from a residency funded by an IDARTES grant and our support.
As a drummer, producer and musical director, YEYO has enjoyed great success, touring and recording in Colombia, Mexico, The Netherlands and UK as well as performing with the likes of La Severa Matacera, Sergent Garcia, Mr. Symarip and The Question among others.
Currently, besides leading his own DOS musical project where he composes and produces, he works as a live drummer for different acts and as a remote session drummer for a variety of singer songwriters and producers worldwide.
