We are delighted to announce ICMP has been awarded the COVID-19 Safe to Trade status.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the safety of our students and staff has been our number one priority. Ahead of the new academic year, we’ve been working tirelessly to ensure our facilities are as safe as possible while not compromising on the academic excellence we’re renowned for.
Safe To Trade is the only COVID-19 assured system recognised by local government and it has been developed in conjunction with government agencies.
In conjunction with Shield Safety Group we have conducted a rigorous risk assessment, daily self-assessments, staff training courses and undergone a full external audit of all measures put in place throughout the building to ensure we are confident to reopen safely.
Chris Catchpole, ICMP’s Facilities Manager, said: “We are delighted to have received this award.
We have invested a great deal of time and resource into ensuring our facilities are COVID-19 secure since we closed our doors earlier in the year. With this award in place, we hope all students and staff will be confident about returning to our premises and more excited than ever about the new academic year starting in September.”
