ICMP is delighted to be partnering with Los Angeles College of Music (LACM) to launch a new International Songwriting Competition.
Students from a number of music education institutions are invited to submit an original track for a chance to have their music heard and judged by a panel of top industry experts.
Prizes include software, hardware and even a free week of summer study as part of LACM's summer program.

The judging panel includes Paul Rocha, Director of Commercial Sync at Warner Records, Gabi Kochlani Owner/CEO of The Grey Administration (former Sr. Dir of A&R at Universal), Tommy Brown, a Grammy Nominated songwriter and Andrea Torchia, Head of Publishing for Champagne Therapy.
Prizes include IK Multimedia's Total Studio Max V4 Software and an Ableton Live 12 Suite License.
How to apply
The competition runs from 8th April to 26th April 2024.
Students must submit their original track and details via DISCO's submission form below.
The entrant/s must be the writer or a co-writer of the song entered under their name or artist name. Each song can only include a maximum of three collaborators.
