Carla Monroe, one of ICMP's Industry Mentors, will be sharing a new songwriting brief every Wednesday for students and alumni to work on. The following week,  all the submitted demos will be discussed during a group feedback session.

The initiative, created by the Careers and Industry team at ICMP, will see Carla uploading weekly briefs in the dedicated group within our recently launched student and alumni platform ICMP Life*. This will be a recurring event, happening every Wednesday morning.

Each week, Carla will also lead a private group feedback session on previously submitted demos. Students and alumni who would like to take part in this ongoing initiative will need to submit their demos by midday on Tuesdays, to allow enough time for Carla to prepare the feedback session.
