A celebration of your achievements during your studies

You're now invited to book your ticket for the ICMP Awards Ceremony, which will feature a roll call of graduates, speeches from the Dean of Studies at ICMP and your Programme Leader, as well as special awards for those showing particularly high achievement and improvement.

Students bookings closed at 9am, Monday 26th September.

All students must have a pre-booked ticket and will not be able to take part in the ceremony without one.

You can book your photography at the same time, using the same link below. There are various packages to choose from and you can indicate what time slot you prefer - these will take place before and after the ceremony.

When you ordered your student ticket, if you requested extra tickets,you must order online to guarantee your them.

To order, please follow the instructions below carefully, and note that ordering will close at Midnight on Sunday 2nd October 2022.

  1. Log into your account at the Your Graduation website
  2. Log into your existing booking using the email address and password you setup when you first booked.

    Please note: your password was emailed to you on your order confirmation; if you have lost your password please reset your password or email Please DO NOT attempt to start a new booking - you must log into your original booking account.
  3. Click on the red text which says "Extra Tickets are now available - Order Now"
  4. Follow the instructions to add the extra ticket(s) to your order.
  5. When you have completed your booking, you will be emailed with your booking confirmation

This year's ceremony will be held at Troxy in the East End of London, an iconic venue that has hosted the NME Awards and seen icons grace its stage, including Jarvis Cocker, Morrissey, Pixies, City and Colour, Stereophonics and Patti Smith.

We will also be live-streaming this event for those unable to make it. Full streaming details for this will be released closer to the event.

What should I expect on the day?

The Ceremony will feature a roll call of graduates, speeches from Professor Tony Harris, Dean of Studies at ICMP, and your Programme Leaders, along with a set of special awards for those showing particularly high achievement and improvement.

Following the ceremony, you will be encouraged to join our small drinks reception where you'll have the opportunity to catch up with classmates, Programme Leaders and Tutors.

How much are the tickets?

Students attend for free, along with up to two guests. Additional guest tickets will be charged at £20.

I have booked my ticket but not received confirmation, when will I receive my ticket?

You will receive your ticket nearer the time once the seating plan has been finalised.

When will additional guest tickets be released?

I can’t make it to the ceremony in person, will it be streamed online?

For those who are unable to attend, and for your wider family and friends, we'll also be live streaming the event. So those unable to make it to the event, can watch from the comfort of their own homes. Full streaming details for this will be released closer to the event.

Can I book a photography?

Our official Awards photography company, Marston, will be at our Awards Ceremony on the 3rd of November. They have a range of packages to suit all budgets and you can book using the link above. Please arrive from 10am to have your photos taken.

What should I wear to the Awards Ceremony?

The dress code for this event is smart/formal.

Should I bring my own cap and gown?

There is no need for you to source and bring your own cap and gown for the Awards Ceremony as it is not a graduation, but a celebration of your achievements at ICMP. However, if you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcome to.

You can hire your own cap and gown from for £42.

Our official Awards photographers will also have caps and gowns available for photos.

Will there be an event after the Awards Ceremony?

We will be hosting a drinks reception at Troxy after the ceremony from 2:30PM to 4:30PM. If you wish to continue the celebrations with your friends and families after this, it takes a mere 15 minutes to central London’s Waterloo station. If you wish to stay local, we recommend The George Tavern or Troxy have some more suggestions here.
