This year the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance will have a number of places available on its degree courses through UCAS Clearing. When A-Level results are announced on Thursday 14th August, any students valid for Clearing will be able to apply to study on our degree programmes; BMus (Hons) Popular Music Performance, BA (Hons) Creative Musicianship, BA (Hons) Songwriting and BA (Hons) Music Business through https://track.ucas.com
Clearing is a service that operates between mid-July and September. You can take part in Clearing if you have already applied through UCAS and you are in one of the following categories:
- You have not received an offer from a University
- You have declined all your offers or did not respond by the due date
- Your offers have not been confirmed because you did not achieved the required grades
- You applied to UCAS after 30 June
In addition to UCAS Clearing, students can also apply to us direct to study on any of our full time music courses. We have a number of courses with varying entry requirements to accommodate most students' qualifications. Any student who didn’t receive the A-Level grades they were expecting can make an application to the Institute without going through UCAS. For these courses we recommend you contact us direct to apply.
Regardless of your situation we recommend you give us a call to discuss your options. Our friendly admissions team can provide advice and guidance on all our full time music courses.
