ICMP MA Songwriting student Foxgluvv’s new video to her latest single ‘Not Cute’ has been premiered by US music media giant Billboard.
The track, written with fellow ICMP songwriting alumni Scott Colcombe, is an eighties inspired hit in waiting inspired as much by Hall & Oates as Charli XCX.
In the Billboard interview, Foxgluvv, also known as Imogen Davies says of the track:
One of my friends once said it reminds them of coming out of a club at 5am, with the perfect mixture of being buzzed and feeling sluggish.”
Imogen was named as the winner of ICMP’s Equality and Diversity Scholarship at October 2017's Songwriters’ Circle held at Bush Hall.
Not only did she perform and win the award but also received a 1:1 session with supporter of the scheme, Xenomania's hit writer Miranda Cooper.
