Poly in Rolling Stone

After completing her studies here at the Institute, Poly relocated to Lebanon where she began cultivating her musical career. Moving to the Middle East may be seen as an unorthodox way to begin a career in music however Poly says  'A life in music here is hard, but it’s very interesting, you know? It’s like a little undiscovered treasure.”

On her songwriting process she told Rolling Stone: “I think I have a vision of how I want to sound; my hybrid of things,” says Poly. “I do a lot of soulful melodies, and when it comes to the chords and composition, it’s kind of indie. But then I want to integrate some cool beats, some hip-hop beats and that kind of stuff.”

Poly continues to work on her debut release having recently returned from working with a number of producers in L.A.
