ICMP’s BA Songwriting student Sha Supangan, aka @crazylittleasian has enjoyed success on the CCMixter online community with her music remixed more than 50 times.

Sha joined the CCMixter website in May of this year during lockdown and has seen her music in the form of original material and acapellas prove to be a hit with its online community.

In a profile interview with the website, Sha said: “I joined CCMixter because of my friend Paul Pajo, who encouraged me. It was the first time I really opened up as an artist to anyone other than my mum in the Philippines. I wasn't expecting the response I’ve been getting from my acapellas - It has been overwhelmingly lovely.”

Commenting on her music, the website said:

Producers from all over the world are uploading remixes of Sha's vocal source, which is an indicator of her abilities as a singer and as a savvy independent artist.”

Now Sha has launched a campaign to showcase some of the best remixes.

Visit her Bandcamp profile to listen and purchase with some of the proceeds to be donated to the Kythe Foundation

Anyone looking to join in and remix Sha's music can find her profile on the CCMixter website
