ICMP acts including Stay Club (pictured), Forestlights and Fuzz Skyler have been among the highlights of a series of gigs raising money for leading charity War Child.

Hosted by London promoters Hot Vox, the RISING series took place at the Camden Assembly and saw an array of emerging London bands and artists all perform.

More ICMP acts are expected to play for the RISING series as it continues into 2019.

War Child has a history of promoting gigs with music legends such as Stevie Wonder, Sir Paul McCartney and Oasis. RISING aims to champion the next generation of music talent.

Megan Lawrenson, senior promoter at Hot Vox, said: "Hot Vox teamed up with War Child to create RISING to showcase the next crop of artists tipped to become household names, all while raising money and awareness for this great cause!"

We've also partnered with lots of key 'tastemakers' in the industry, all eager to show of their most talented emerging artists. We've been particularly impressed with ICMP who have produced and nurtured some amazing artists."

It's so important that new artists are given guidance when taking their first steps into the music industry, and RISING is a fantastic showcase to celebrate those artists, but also to celebrate the companies and establishments who invest time in cultivating new talent, such as ICMP. We look forward to seeing which artists ICMP choose to represent them in 2019!"

Adam Webster, Stay Club bassist, said: “It's really cool to have played with the other bands there, and all for a really good cause, plus, Hot Vox it's a great promoter and they've been spot on with their organising. They’ve helped us out with promotion and been on hand to answer any questions we’ve had."

Stay Club will be playing live for another Hot Vox gig on 15th December at the Road Trip and Workshop
