The final Songwriters' Circle of the academic year was on Tuesday at Proud Camden, and played host to none other than award-winning singer/songwriter Frank Turner.

Frank Turner began his career in post-hardcore band Million Dead, but has since established an acoustic solo career that has earned him a huge following. Frank has released six solo albums, and a variety of compilations and EPs. Frank has also toured the world with his band, The Sleeping Souls, and is currently promoting his latest record 'Positive Songs for Negative People'.

The night began with an 'In Conversation' style Masterclass with Frank, who was interviewed by ICMP Music Business tutor Ian Ramage. Following this, the songwriters' circle was hosted by ICMP Songwriting tutor Katarina Gunnerholm. The session was hosted by Katarina, and featured special guest alumna George Frakes, and current ICMP students Emma Miller, Hákon Guðni Hjartarson and The Northern Heights.
