The Shure Songwriting Award contest has now come to an end and it is time to announce the winner.

This year has seen over 80 entries into the competition and the Institute would like to thank everybody who participated making it such an exceptional year!

After viewing the top three most voted videos, and 5 entries chosen by a judge at the Institute, our judge Frank Turner has chosen Uri Sadethe winner of the award with his song Black Flag.
Uri will receive a full scholarship to attend the Institute's Songwriting Cert HE along with £500 of Shure equipment. 

The runner up, Anna Carow, will receive a partially funded scholarship and top Shure goodies as well.
