ICMP and music industry partner AIM (The Association of Independent Music) are thrilled to be collaborating on the fourth year of the Music Entrepreneurship scholarship.
This initiative aims to offer the successful applicant an opportunity to join one of ICMP’s music business courses like the Cert HE Music Business and Entrepreneurship, Cert HE Live Event Management or Cert HE Digital Marketing & Music Management. The winner will study for free and after completing the course, have the chance to join the second year of the respective ICMP BA (Hons) degree programme.
The scholarship is open for applications until Sunday 31st July 2022 and is aimed at any aspiring music entrepreneurs who might not be considering study as part of their career development.
Shauni Caballero is our Scholarship’s Ambassador
This year leading music industry professional Shauni Caballero is the Scholarship’s Ambassador. Shauni is a former Universal Music and PRS for Music executive and founder of The Go 2 Agency, a music publishing and consultancy company to help artists, writers and producers make money from their music.

How to apply
If you’d like to be in with a chance of receiving this fantastic scholarship, you will need to complete our applicatation process and hold an offer to study with us in Septemeber ICMP. Then simply complete the scholarship application form and upload a one to two minute video of yourself describing why you think you have the skills, interest, ideas and dedication to be a music business entrepreneur and why you believe you are a worthy scholarship recipient.
We encourage applicants from all ethnicities, genders, and backgrounds to apply and those from underrepresented groups, including, for example, disabled students, mature students, care givers, Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic groups, and students from low-income backgrounds, are especially encouraged to make submissions. Applicants need to be UK students.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 31st July 2022.
A shortlist will be put together by AIM and ICMP before a winner is selected.
