Hailing from Leeds, The Dunwells formed in 2009, drawn together by a mutual love of bands such as Bon Iver, Elbow, and Damien Rice. With their previous single ‘Communicate’hitting over two million streams on Spotify, two albums and two EPs under their belts, the band are set to enjoy huge success with their latest release.


Lifting the veil on songwriters today, this writers round is a truly unique experience.Do you love to discover new talent or listen to the finest stripped back songs? Then come along to London's fastest growing Songwriting event where Songsmiths reveal how and why their lyrics came to be. Taking place in an intimate setting, the audience gets an exclusive listen to well known hit songs stripped back sung by the writers themselves as well as new material from the most talented, up and coming, songwriting students in the UK.

Hosted by our tutors (which include a Mercury Music Prize Nominee and No 1 UK writers and artists), and featuring an exciting line-up of successful alumni along with ICMP student artists and our fantastic line up of special guests... you never know who you'll meet! Open to all, the Songwriters' Circle attracts musicians, music lovers and industry alike. This is a unique blend of people coming together for one evening along with stunning songs and the stories around them, this is an experience you won't forget.
