Songwriters' Circle is back! We are very happy to announce that the special guest at our first Songwriters' Circle of the year will be none other than Glen Matlock, original member of legendary punk band The Sex Pistols. Co-writer of songs such as 'Anarchy in the UK' and 'God Save the Queen', Glen will be performing acoustic versions of a number of Sex Pistols songs, and talking about his experiences in the music industry. For any songwriters, this is not one to miss.
Glen will be joined by host tutor Luke Toms, guest alumna Polly Money, and students Josh Cotterill, Arran George and Freya Volk.
Lifting the veil on songwriters today, this writers' round is a truly unique experience, London's fastest growing songwriting event where songsmiths reveal how and why their lyrics came to be. Taking place in an intimate setting, the audience gets an exclusive listen to well known hit songs stripped back sung by the writers themselves as well as new material from the most talented, up and coming, songwriting students in the UK.
