The Careers & Industry Hub, in partnership with Student Wellbeing, have curated a series of three webinars centred around the idea of exploring and discovering techniques, attitudes and behaviours which could benefit ICMP’s students and alumni in developing coping mechanisms and strategies to increase productivity, effectiveness and focus in what is, externally, a rather uncertain time.

The third session will focus on getting to know yourself, building habits and how to keep creating and will be delivered by special guest, James D’Souza.

James is a full-time teacher, other-time entrepreneur. He calls on his two-decades experience as an 'intrapreneur': persistently reflecting on his practice and proposing effective solutions that speak to senior leaders. He clarifies purpose, creates ideas, and interprets data - to take effective action. He is an experienced coach with focus on strength-finding and assisting in developing habits for personal and professional progress. If you are an ambitious graduate, starting your career, wanting to achieve your goals, without FOMO, then speak with James.
