Following graduation from Florida in 2007, Philip has continued to establish himself as a busy international freelancing electric and double bassist.

Endorsed by Overwater Bass Guitars, Vanderkley Amplification and Elixir Strings, he has appeared in London’s West End on 'Dancing in the Street' and across Europe on productions such as 'Jesus Christ Super Star', 'One Night in Vegas', 'Little Shop of Horrors', 'Anything Goes', 'Fame the Musical', 'Bugsy Malone', 'Return to the Forbidden Planet', 'Jack the Ripper' and 'Hairspray' before returning home to perform on Camelot’s 'National Lottery Live'.

Phil’s credits also include working with Big Band Metheny (a 14 piece Pat Metheny big band), opening for Marcus Miller at BassDay UK 2011, playing a conventional bass role for TM Stevens during during his 2012 UK Clinic Tour and also being featured as a demonstration artist at the London Bass Guitar Show in both 2012 and 2013. Currently, he is working with Greek fusion guitarist and fellow Institute tutor, Tolis Zavaliaris.
