Jamie Oborne - Founder, All On Red Management
Since founding All On Red Management and Dirty Hit Record s back in 2010, Jamie is responsible for building two of the UK’s most innovative and respected music businesses, home to a diverse range of idiosyncratic and inspiring talents including arena-sized success with The 1975, the Mercury-winning Wolf Alice (label only), Pale Waves, The Japanese House, Benjamin Francis Leftwich and Superfood.

Holly Manners – A&R, Warner Bros Records
Holly is A&R at Warner Bros Records (Dua Lipa, Lianne La Havas, Royal Blood and many more). She is also a freelance journalist for leading independent music blog The Line Of Best Fit and has previously held roles at Bucks Music, Soho Music and Universal.

Char Grant - Senior A&R, BMG Publishing
Char is Senior A&R at BMG and represents many talented producers writers and artists including Ray Blk, Giggs and Mostack. She started her career in music in 2008, working with Carla Marie to create girl group RD (Ruff Diamonds). Char then spent 6 years at Modest! Management, managing artists including Alexandra Burke, MNEK and Little Mix.
