Music and Mind - An advice and discussion panel

Event Details

Event date:
16 May 2019
Event time:
1PM - 3PM
Venue Address:
ICMP

On the 16th May we will be holding an advice and discussion panel for Mental Health Week. Guests, James Rose, Chloe Edwards-Wood, and Jax Richardson will be discussing stage fright, confidence, creativity block and how to deal with anxiety and other set backs on the road.

This would be a great opportunity to get some advice or to just listen to the discussion and form some ideas on how to cope with the above subjects on a personal level as well as in a social setting.

Hope to see you there, bring a friend or come solo and show some support for Mental Health Week!
