As D’Addario UK’s percussion product specialist for Evans Drumheads and Promark Drumsticks, Ben Alldred has worked with many top drumming artists and clinicians including: Anika Nilles, Benny Greb, Chris Coleman, Marco Minnemann, Eddie Thrower, Richard Kass, Federico Paulovich and Matt Halpern to name a just few. For over 17 years Ben has worked closely with players of all levels, helping them achieve their own ideal/unique drum sound through head selection, tuning and experimentation.

There are two types of tickets, one for drummers  - who can actively participate in the workshop - and one for students that just want to listen to the workshop.

For the workshop, drummers (who have booked the drummer ticket) will be required to bring along their own snare drums to the session and in return will receive a new Evans UV1 batter head and Snare side 300 head free of charge! Ben will guide the group through basic drum maintenance, re heading, tuning and setup of snare wires in real time - The goal is to realise the true potential of your drum.’

Please note: There are limited spaces at this workshop, so if you have reserved a ticket and can no longer attend please let us know.
