Dani Senior | Performance Tutor | ICMP London

Dani Senior is a London-based multi-platinum selling songwriter, artist, and vocal producer.

She is notable for her versatile writing style and has written for, and collaborated with artists across a range of genres, including Plan B, Wretch 32, and for K-Pop superstars such as TWICE, and Kara, and was co-writer of the official Invictus Games song “Flesh & Blood” (a UK Official Singles Chart top 20 and no.1 in the UK’s iTunes Classical Singles Chart).

As a leading light in the dance music/EDM arena she recently released songs with dance labels Soave Records (‘Locked In Your Love) and Sirup Music (‘Unwant You’). Both songs have received support from BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems, and Kiss FM, including prime time plays by Matt Edmondson and Mollie King. This follows on from her massive hits with Circus Records (Doctor P and Flux Pavilion’s label) including ‘Way To You’ and ‘Get No Better’, with the latter landing a major sync deal with Oral B for the US/Canada.

Having a hugely successful presence in the J-Pop, K-Pop and Cantopop world has led to Dani working a massive variety of international talent, writing and co-writing for the likes of K-pop boyband SHINee and Japanese electronic dance duo FEMM to critical acclaim.

Dani has several solo singles scheduled for release over the next year and has been busy co-creating a TV show with a UK based award-winning production company which she is currently creating the theme tune and soundtrack for. With such a varied career, touching an exciting number of genres, we are incredibly excited to have Dani on board as a tutor for our BMus (Hons) Popular Music Performance course.

Be sure to follow Dani on Instagram and Twitter to keep up to date with her projects.
